Specialising in project management for residential and hotel properties and the development of complex projects with an international character, Silveroc guides its clients through all phases of a real estate construction project.

Your profile
  • Diploma in Architecture/Civil Engineering/Structural Engineering/Construction Management or similar.
    Appropriate experience, without a diploma, is also welcome.
  • Well-founded specialist knowledge in building construction, and at least 3 years’ experience in the field of architecture and/or project management.
  • Knowledge of, or ability to learn quickly, contracts, negotiations, hotel business and operations, investment structures and financing.
  • A leader with great communication skills and initiative.
  • Solution-oriented, with the ability to deal with conflict and work under pressure.
  • Cost/quality awareness, with excellent organisational and planning skills.
  • Understands things quickly, has a structured and independent way of working, values teamwork.
  • Entrepreneurial in thought and deed, comfortable taking responsibility.
  • Good working knowledge of Adobe Suite, MS Office, MS Project and AutoCAD/Revit an advantage.

  • Realising building construction projects (new build and conversion) in hotel and residential real estate. ​
  • Co-operating with builders, hotel operators, lawyers, architects, interior designers and specialist planners.

Project preparation

  • Defining client needs.
  • Setting goals.
  • Developing project manuals.
  • Creating schedules and organisational charts as a basis for further development.
  • Setting up document management platforms.

Project procurement

  • Creating work descriptions for tenders.
  • Creating invitations to submit offers.
  • Conducting conversations with bidders.
  • Reviewing and assessing offers.
  • Comparing offers and making recommendations.
  • Reviewing international contracts and drafting SIA contracts, for examination by lawyers.

Team co-ordination and support

  • Managing and logging meetings.
  • Leading and participating in all communications and correspondence (e-mail, phone, video conference).

Project co-ordination and support
