- Diploma in Architecture/Civil Engineering/Structural Engineering/Construction Management or similar.
Appropriate experience, without a diploma, is also welcome. - Well-founded specialist knowledge in building construction, and at least 3 years’ experience in the field of architecture and/or project management.
- Knowledge of, or ability to learn quickly, contracts, negotiations, hotel business and operations, investment structures and financing.
- A leader with great communication skills and initiative.
- Solution-oriented, with the ability to deal with conflict and work under pressure.
- Cost/quality awareness, with excellent organisational and planning skills.
- Understands things quickly, has a structured and independent way of working, values teamwork.
- Entrepreneurial in thought and deed, comfortable taking responsibility.
- Good working knowledge of Adobe Suite, MS Office, MS Project and AutoCAD/Revit an advantage.
